Google continues to work with its Android app developers to bring streaming support to users’ favorite apps, expanding both the catalog of supported apps and Chromecast’s user base. Pocket Casts was acquired last year by a collective group that includes NPR, WNYC Studios, WBEZ Chicago, and This American Life.
